The total payable at booking is the accommodation price, selected optional services and the €500 security deposit.
The €125 cleaning fee must be visible at checkout as a deduction from the deposit, not as an additional charge on top of the deposit.
The remaining deposit balance is to be refunded within 5-15 days after departure, subject to inspection.
If damage or additional cleaning exceeds the deposit, the customer is to be contacted for the remaining amount.
