A deposit of €100 confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

Villa Chopa requires a €500 security deposit. Roldán Penthouse Anchoa requires a €300 security deposit.

The remaining deposit is normally refunded within 5–15 days after departure and property inspection. The applicable final-cleaning fee and any damage or exceptional-cleaning costs are deducted first.

Villa Chopa has a private swimming pool. Pool heating is available as an optional service for €30 per booked night.
